Some days ago the Albanian Public Radio Television, in the light of the 54th Festival on RTSH, through a televised spot, has invited all singers, composers, text writers to join the most important artistic event of the year which is regularly organized every year end since 1962 when the Albanian light song embarked on its journey on Radio Tirana.
The organizers of the 54th Festival, which is seen as the springboard for Albania’s representation in Eurosong, have entrusted the duty of the festival’s artistic director to the singer and song writer, the distinguished musician, Elton Deda.
This news was announced by Elton Deda himself, who through a posting on his Facebook page, has shared it with numerous friends and fans who have not hesitated to support him in his new role at the helm of this important artistic event in the country.
Elton Deda, the son of great master and composer, Ferdinand Deda, appears to be the first surprise of the 54th edition of Radio and Television Song Festival, which last year was won by the young and talented singer Elhaida Dani.
