Presidential Decree is Down, Dule and Majko abstain

After the reaction of President Nishani, the majority rejeced yesterday with 80 votes the request for revision of the law over creer in Armet Forces.
Rama and Meta voted against, the Parliament rejected yesterday the President's decree on the bill of Nishani over career in Armed Forces.
While Nishani decree provoced vote leakage on the left camp with the abstention of two majority members, Pandeli Majko and the head of greek minority and deputy parliament speaker, Vangjel Dule.

Earlier reactions no this bill was made by the chief of National Security Committee, Spartak Braho, who argued that the President's decree is unfounded.
