The Interior Minister, Samir Tahiri and the General Director of State Police, Artan Didi held today a meeting with EU's ambassadors in order to introduce a strategy for the fight against drug trafficking.
"I asked to ambassadors to share the Ministry's plan to combat drug cultivation and the potential solutions of this issue that is serious. It is a problem that we know and we will address with them. Soon starts the mission of photographing the parcels of cannabis.
While has started the implementation of the plan against cultivation with awareness meetings and monitoring groups. It is a problem that goes beyond state police, Government and Ministry, and the solution must involve the society and EU's partners" Tahiri said after the meeting with ambassadors.
