Nikolaos Kotzias is threatened with his life by Greek opposition

In an interview a few hours ago to '24/7 Athens' radio, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Nikolaos Kotzias attacks the Greek opposition because of the rhetoric of hate that he says is exercising in recent negotiations with Skopje and the Greek government.

He also commented on the developments in Macedonia and responded openly to the recent negotiations with Tirana. "They threaten me constantly with my death and the prosecution does not react. They have sent to me boxes of blood, mud and cartridges. 800 threatening packages have come to me and my family," said Kotzias.

Regarding the progress of the negotiations with Tirana, the Greek diplomat said once again that "the Cham issue was never discussed and will not do such a talk at the table, in addition to property rights. After the abolition of the law of war Albanians can regain pre-war assets, but it is another topic of seizure of property in Thesprotia from Cham. At around 16-23 September, a referendum is expected in Macedonia, followed by the constitutional reforms."
