The Albania-Montenegro joint train station project inaugurated in Tuz

 The joint Albania-Montenegro railway station has been inaugurated in Tuz, Montenegro. 

The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Damian Gjiknuri praised this as a joint success of the Albanian and Montenegrin parties, as the only model in the region, that should be followed as an example by all Western Balkan countries. 

He said that have applied with joint projects in the European Union to improve the investment part between Albania and Montenegro.

Minister Gjiknuri said that the flow of commodity exchange between the two countries is growing and this joint station helps deepen the cooperation and economic development of the two countries. The railway between Albania and Montenegro became effective since 1986, but in these three decades has been very ineffective due to various reasons..
