 Two persons declared internationally wanted by Italian authorities have been arrested in Tirana.

Police sources say have arrested the Italian Ciro Dentice, 50, resident in Tirana and Lefter Lamaj, 49, resident in Vlora.

The police clarified that the 50-year-old Italian has been convicted by judicial authorities in Trieste, Italy for five years and two months in prison for the offense "Violation of the Law on Drugs, Cocaine "," Money Laundering "," Forgery "," Illegal Arms ", where he has serve 3 years, 3 months and 7 days more in prison.

While for the Albanian Lefter Lamaj, the Italian judicial authority has imposed the security measurethe "Arrest in jail" for these criminal offenses: "Participation in a criminal organization" and "Exploitation of Prostitution".

The arrestees will be extradited to Italy, meanwhile the materials passed to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action.
