Spaho: 800 Iranians will be accommodated In Albania
Currently in Albania are located about 600 Iranian citizens who came to our country as a result of migration due to the political crisis that exists in Iran. And by the end of the year, the number of Iranians is expected to increase with 200 others coming from Camp of Liberty. These figures are reported by the deputy head of the Assembly of Albania, Edmond Spaho, in a major conference held in Paris on 10 October for Human Rights in Iran on the occasion of the World Day Against the Death Penalty. During his speech, Spaho said he and his country will always support and the resistance of the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom and democracy.

"I know that 120,000 political activists were executed in your country (Iran) for their faith in democracy. They have been brutally attacked because they want their freedom for people and nothing more," Spaho said, referring to 120,000 members and supporters of the main Iranian opposition. Thousands of members of the opposition who are in the Camp of Liberty in Iraq, who are recognized as refugees by the UN's Refugee Agency, are facing a humanitarian crisis, which has been imposed at the behest of the Iranian regime. "They have been brutally attacked and treated badly just because they want freedom for their people and nothing more," said Spaho. He also expressed the support for the Iranian opposition leader Maryam Rajavi for her leadership of the Iranian Resistance.

"The Iranian opposition is the only one that can guarantee a region free of nuclear weapons and a free and democratic Iran, and an ally in the Western world to fight terrorism and fundamentalism. Therefore, the international community must make a choice to stay on the right side of history. I am happy to be here today and wish you success in your fight for freedom and justice in Iran. I am on your side and you'll always have my support and the support of my country. This in itself shows that you are a legitimate movement and it will guarantee your final victory in bringing human rights and democracy in Iran," said Spaho. In this activity, Edmond Spaho accompanied by the Minister for Relations with Parliament, Ermonela Felaj, and the deputies: Evis Kushi, SP, Tahir Muhedini, PDIU, Arben Çuko, SP, Bedri Hoxha, DP, Musa Ulcinj, SP, and Esfahan Gjylameti, SP. The participation in the conference was part of the international day against death penalty.

News of participation in this activity is made public by informational sites of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
