Prime Minister Edi Rama while invited to Top Channel spoke about the student protest as well as their demands on the Government.

Some students in the studio who have come to ask Rama directly of why the Government does not accept their requests.

As he spoke on the legitimacy of the protest, Rama agrees for its developement, but according to him, their protest consists of four components, two of which belong to the PD and the SMI.

He said students' demands are controversial and that the young people need to sit down to reach an agreement.

After a quick reading of 8 points if the student demands, Prime Minister Rama said they are all controversial issues, but the problem lies in how each of these issues is resolved and how long it takes to resolve each of these points.

"I want to thank all the students who are here, even though they had great dilemmas of if they had to come here or not. They may face pressure on why they went or why they were separated, but it is already apparent that the protest had three structured components and the fourth one consisted of households and students with financial problems.

Out of the three components with certain agendas, two are the DP and the SMI - the opposition that has threatened to do everything in order to overthrow the Government. The third component is the Movement for the University, which is not a political movement, but a Marxist group that does not recognize Marx.

I am convinced that the students realy have these problems, of course, but they dislike politics and do not want to come up here. The problems and the students are the one side, which is on my interest. I do not care of the other structures." said Rama.
