How To Prepare at Home

Ingredients

500 gr cauliflower

3 medium potatoes

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh butter

1 median onion

2-3 garlic cloves

1 carrot

1 tea cup of milk

800 ml of chicken or vegetable juice

Salt

Black pepper

Red pepper

Preparation

Initially you must fry easily the minced onion and garlic with the olive oil until they begin to change color to yellow.

Add the carrots cut into cubes, pour out and then add the cut potatoes in cube as well.

Stir the ingredients, add salt, black pepper and red pepper and chicken fluid.

Let them cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables soften, then add the cauliflower branches and let them cook a slow fire until the cauliflower is completely softened.

Bring the soup to the mixer so that it becomes creamy.

Put it on for 2-3 minutes again in the fire and add the milk.

Mix if there is enough salt, and when you serve it sprinkle with a little freshly butter, with a few pieces of dry, clean meat, if you prefer a bit of brown bread or even thin slices of onions, as well as chunks of carrot.
