Albanian Referees Appointed for UEFA Champions League and Conference League Matches

 Albanian referees will once again be involved in UEFA European competition matches, confirming the continued trust placed in officials from Albania by European football’s governing body.

In today’s UEFA Champions League qualifying-round match between Lech Poznań (Poland) and AGF Aarhus (Denmark), scheduled for July 29 at 19:00, refereeing duties will be entrusted to an Albanian officiating team.

Juxhin Xhaja has been appointed as the referee, with Arbër Zalla and Taulant Kasa serving as assistant referees, while Andi Koçi will be the fourth official. Albert Doda will also be part of the officiating team, serving as the Assistant VAR referee.

Tomorrow, July 30, another Albanian refereeing team will be involved in the UEFA Conference League match between FK Jablonec (Czech Republic) and NK Varaždin (Croatia).

Florian Lata will serve as the referee, assisted by Erind Burgu and Egin Doda, while Ermis Çelaj has been appointed as the fourth official.
