 A boat with 5 people on board got stranded at sea due to a malfunction and was unable to return to the shore. The Vlora Police was notified and immediately went to their aid, bringing them and their boat safely back to the shore.

Their boat had experienced a malfunction at Zhapoveli Beach in Karaburun, which made it impossible for them to navigate and return to the shore.


Police notification

Police Border of Vlora and Delta Force responded to help the 5 citizens who were stuck at sea and unable to return to the shore with their boat, a skiff.

During today, the operational room of Vlora Police Border received a notification that a boat with 5 people on board had suffered a malfunction at Zhapoveli Beach in Karaburun.

Immediately after receiving the notification, the Border Police services were mobilized to assist the 5 citizens who were in the boat, unable to navigate and return to the shore.

The Police services, with the resources of the Border Police, escorted the boat back to the shore, along with the individuals on board, who were in good health, at SPK Triport.

The Border Police is fully committed to serving the citizens, visitors, and tourists, in order to create a safer environment. In this context, they encourage citizens to report any illegal activities to 112 and the Digital Police Station.
