From his grandfather, he got not only the name but also the craft. This is Zef Gjini, known in the small town of Vau Dejës as the little miller.

The 15-year-old has decided to continue the tradition of his family, working in the inherited mill of 4 generations.

On September 14, Zefi starts high school but this profession will not be neglected. He tells us that during grinding, a lot of care and responsibility is needed, as the quality of the flour changes immediately.

"This is an easy job, beautiful, something like art," he said to Top Channel.

The old crafts are coming and going, but the 15-year-old from Vau Dejës seems to hae decided to complete his grandfather's will so as not to forget the craft and to take care of the mill.

It is worth noting that this is an example to be commended, given that today's youth are not sufficiently focused on tradition, but even the communist dictatorship hindered for 50 years the development of crafts..
