Why the Coronavirus Doesn't Appear in Albania? Doctors say because is warmer
 The infectious urgency of Tirana
There is no confirmed case of coronavirus in Albania. Health authorities say they have tested 80 suspected cases, but have proved negative.

But what about Albania? From neighboring Italy, which has become the epicenter of the epidemic for all of Europe, 18,000 travelers go to Albania every day.

There are explanations that due to climate conditions, as we are warmer, we have many microorganisms throughout the year and have a stronger immunity as new organisms emerge. But in fact the region has not been affected because both Greece and Macedonia do not have community outbreaks but imported cases.

But data show that a large proportion of those affected do not show symptoms, while two viruses have been reported in China.

One was too aggressive, with more severe symptoms and the other with milder symptoms, but had higher probabilities of getting more.

Experts have estimated that the virus has a structure similar to that of HIV AIDS, so these drugs are being used against it.

“Antiretrovirals and more recently antimalarials are being used. These have been used in China and are being used in Italy as well,” Andi Korraqi said, a health expert.

There is a suspicion that the virus is not caught in Albania because there are very few cases. A total of 50 cases have been tested, meanwhile only those coming from the affected countries that show symptoms at our border crossings are tested.

The Ministry of Health rejects suspicions that few cases are tested in the lab due to a lack of kits. They say there are enough kits for every possible scenario.
