 Erion Veliaj in Shëngjergj
The Mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj, who runs for a second term in Tirana in the June 30th elections, stopped today in the village of Shengjergj in Tirana. In his speech Veliaj accused the opposition which is holding again a protest in Tirana.

"Some Albanians perform the eagle symbol just after they have destroyed the institutions with the logo of the eagle. Some Albanians perform the eagle, after they have violated the policemen with teh eagle in the forefront. This is not normal. This is not just a party battle, but a battle of two different mentalities. Some Albanians who for good and bad are always there, and speak good about Albania, and some who receive Russian money, are ready to pay any kind of writing that shames Albania. This is not the case. It's not something a real man do," Veliaj said among other things.
