On the 20th anniversary of the NATO bombing in Kosovo, the former President Bill Clinton is staying in Pristina.

The 42nd US President, when he went in November 2009, delivered a speech to the Kosovo Parliament, as he began the greeting by sharing a memory he had with the former Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova.

"I want to recall the former President Rugova, who was a great man. I remember the gift he offered me, a unique, semi-crystalline stone. It was this stone that became known in the White House as "Rugova Stone" at the time we were dealing with Kosovo's problems ... President Rugova gave me this beautiful crystal. I explained to him that I grew up in a country that looks geologically like Kosovo. Since my hometown, Arkansas, was the largest source of raw crystals. When I told President Rugova, then he said: "You have to help us, because we have a common point, because such it is the destiny," President Clinton recalled this episode with Kosovo's Historical President.
