30-day detention for the person who threatened Kosovo Prime Minister Haradinaj
 

 Kosovo Special Prosecution announced that has received a denouncement from the Directorate Against Terrorism of the Kosovo Police, against the defendant B.E. because of he consumed the criminal offense "the preparation of terrorist offenses or criminal acts under the Constitutional and Security Order of the Republic of Kosovo". 

According to the press release, the defendant B.E. in late 2018 and early 2019 is engaged in the preparation of terrorist acts in Kosovo, so that on January 10, 2019, using social networks, he has published threatening photos of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, with the inscription: "There will be an end to the Albanian member Bi'Idhnilah", made by a masked person, who according to the communique, "in the background is seen the flag of the ISIS terrorist organization". According to the criminal report, all this has happened in order to seriously intimidate the population or to seriously destabilize the basic political and constitutional structures of the Republic of Kosovo.

Also, Kosovo Police, the Directorate Against Terrorism in Pristina, has raided the suspect's home where an "Iphone 6" was seized after finding a threatening file and a knife. The defendant B.E was detained on January 11, 2019, and upon the request of the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo, the Basic Court in Prishtina, Serious Crimes Department, imposed the detention on remand for 30 days.
