For the same issue, are arrested Rexhep Tarba (works supervisor), along with three others, administrators of two construction companies, Agron and Kujtim Hysa of "Vëllezërit Hysa" company and Rezarta Bokçiu of "Arifi" company, which is left in house arrest. Five other persons are being pursued in a free state.The procedures for the construction of this road started in 2009, but has shown numerous problems with soil slides and damages.
