A 48-year-old Albanian immigrant injured with knife his 28-year-old wife yesterday in the town of Piacenza in Italy.
The tragedy occurred in the eyes of their two small children.His 28-year-old wife suffered many injuries on her body but is out of danger for life and is being treated at the city hospital.
The Italian police say that the 48-year-old Albanian has been drunk when he is arrested on charges of family violence, a threat to life and a grave violation of his wife.
The motives of this grave tragedy are still unclear, apart from the fact that a fierce dispute between the couple degenerated into knife injuries.
The residents of the building where the couple live called the police after the call for help of the woman.
