According to the prosecution, Lluka was detained on the orders of a state prosecutor as investigations into the case continue.
“Upon your inquiry, we inform you that, by order of the State Prosecutor, one person identified by the initials V.Ll. has been detained for 48 hours on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of fraud, under Article 323; misappropriation of another person's property, under Article 318; abuse of economic authorizations, under Article 284; and entering into a harmful contract, under Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo,” Shala told Sinjali.
The prosecution added that the case prosecutor, working in cooperation with Kosovo Police, is undertaking the necessary investigative actions to establish the full circumstances of the case. Within the legal deadline, the prosecutor will also consider whether to request one of the security measures against the suspect.
It remains unclear whether Lluka's detention is connected to allegations made against him by businessman Behgjet Pacolli or whether it concerns a separate case.
The investigation is ongoing, and the allegations against Lluka have not been established in court.
