A 24-year-old man from Kosovo was injured during an altercation involving a knife in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, on Wednesday evening.

Shortly before 6 p.m. on September 30, a passer-by alerted emergency services after noticing the injured man on Regensdorferstrasse in Dällikon.
The first police officers to arrive provided emergency medical assistance. According to the Zurich Cantonal Police, they applied a tourniquet before the man was taken to hospital by the Limmattal emergency medical service.
He suffered moderate injuries to one arm and the upper part of his body.
Three suspects arrested
Following the incident, a large police operation was launched.
The Zurich Cantonal Police, supported by local police forces and the Winterthur City Police, searched for people suspected of being connected to the confrontation.
One suspect was arrested by the Schaffhausen Cantonal Police, while two others were subsequently arrested by the Zurich Cantonal Police.
The three suspects are two Swedish nationals and one Slovenian national, aged between 20 and 33.
Authorities have not released further details about their alleged roles in the incident.
Investigation continues
Forensic investigators from the Zurich Forensic Institute were also deployed to secure evidence at the scene.
The Zurich Cantonal Police and the Office of the Public Prosecutor are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the confrontation, including its precise sequence of events and the motive behind it.
At this stage, the authorities have not publicly established what triggered the dispute or how each of the four men became involved.
The investigation remains ongoing.
