Kosovo Judo Team Wins Balkan Gold as Milot Gashi Claims U18 Title in Budva, Montenegro  Introduction

Kosovo has recorded another important success in international judo after Milot Gashi was crowned Balkan champion in the U18 category at the Balkan Judo Championships in Budva, Montenegro. The young judoka secured the gold medal, bringing another proud moment for Kosovo on the regional stage.

Milot Gashi delivered an impressive performance throughout the competition, overcoming his opponents and ultimately claiming the Balkan championship title in his category. His gold medal represents a major achievement for Kosovo judo and further confirms the country’s continued strength in developing young talent in the sport.

Kosovo’s team also saw strong performances from Jon Haxhiu and Roni Reshitaj. Both athletes competed at a high level and managed to advance to the quarterfinal stage, showing determination and competitive spirit against strong regional opposition.
