Former Kosovo KLA Commander Converts to Catholicism, Changes Name from Sabit to Kastriot

 The former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), Sabit Geci, has been baptized in the Church of Llapushnik. This was announced in a post on the social network Facebook page of the parish "Shën Mëhilli" in Doblibar.

In addition to the religious aspect, the announcement states that Geci has also changed his name from Sabit to Kastriot.

"The baptism of the former Commander of the KLA Sabit Geci. Kastriot, I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Amen," is written in the parish announcement.

Telegrafi also contacted the priest of the parish "Shën Mëhilli" in Doblibar, who confirmed the news.
