Kosovo was shaken today by the developments involving the prosecutor's office and the police, as it was revealed that Liridona Murseli was not killed by robbers but was the result of a well-planned scenario by her husband, local media reports.

Naim Murseli had paid an acquaintance of his to kill his wife, and the motives that led him to this monstrous crime are still unknown.

According to Kosovo media, he has admitted to paying the hitman Granit Plava. He handed him 15,000 euros in cash, promising another 15,000 after the crime was completed. However, the police managed to apprehend the perpetrator, and he later confessed that he had been paid by the victim's husband.

Meanwhile, another person has been arrested, who assisted in the murder. According to Kosovo media, the third person arrested is a member of the Kosovo Security Force, identified as Kushtrim Kokalla.

The serious crime has forced the Murseli family to close the doors of their home, not expecting condolences for the death of their daughter-in-law. Naim's father, Shaban Murseli, has announced that visits have been canceled "for family reasons." "Friends and acquaintances, due to family reasons, we regretfully announce the cancellation of the viewing. We thank all participants in the funeral," he wrote on Facebook.
