Kosovo national is arrested in Durr's Port for illegally possessing sculptures

  A 32-year-old Kosovo man was detained by Durr's Port Police on Wednesday after seven sculptures were discovered in the trunk of his vehicle for which he lacked a proof of ownership or origin.

The police have begun an investigation into Vladimir Bardhi's activities following his detention. He is accused of "Trafficking of works of art and culture" and "Smuggling of other goods."

The Prosecutor's Office at the Durr's Judicial District Court received the procedural materials for further action, local media reports.

"During the control exercised in the trunk of the vehicle that this citizen was driving, the Police Services found and seized it as material evidence, seven works of art (sculptures) for which the 32-year-old did not have any documents proving their origin or ownership." "The Police Services have passed for a detailed control, in the second line, the "Benz" type vehicle that was driven by the citizen V. B."

The specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic of DVP Durr's arrested the citizen V. B., 32 years old, a resident of Kosovo, in the act "following the procedural actions for this case," the authorities disclosed.
