Emre Olur was born in 1996 in Bahçelievler, Istanbul.

Left-wing Albanian media say without citing sources that "Olur is known as the 'press consultant' of the head of organized crime, Sedat Peker. The latter had a channel on YouTube, which last year, through videos, published facts that proved the connection between politics and the mafia. With the escape of Sedat Peker abroad, Olur came to the fore again, after it was realized that some of the responses on social networks in the name of the organized leader came from him.

Peker is said to have been arrested in the United Arab Emirates and after that it is thought that Olur also left seeking asylum in Albania.
