If Kosovo is forced to go to war, Albania will also go because we are one: Edi Rama

The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama has said that as long as the Russian war in Ukraine lasts, Albania and Kosovo will be targets of the Russian hybrid war.

According to him, Serbia "is not going to jump on fire for the sake of the West as it is not able to do so, being composed of 80 percent of their people who think that Putin is right, state media report.

"I believe it is very clear, Serbia can stay far enough away from Russia that the flame of war does not come here. At this point we can do ours. This is the essence of my betrayal to be clear. Betrayal of which I have no regrets. Sorry for all those who are more patriotic than me. I do not regret it, I think we have suffered a lot. I do not say when I say. In the first place, Kosovo has suffered a lot from the war, there is no need to go in that direction, unless forced to do so. If they force Kosovo, they force Albania because we are definitely one," Rama said.

Today (June 20) a meeting was held between the two governments, that of Kosovo and Albania.
