Albanian police agents in Guayaquil, cocaine trafficking from Ecuador

 Increasing quantities of cocaine in the Port of Durres from Ecuador, have caused some members of the State Police of the anti-drug sector to arrive in Guayaquil.

Sources for "Euronews Albania" suggest that anti-drug officials have contacted their anti-narcotics counterparts in the largest port city of Ecuador.

During the 1-week stay, the Albanian police officers were acquainted with the procedures carried out in the port of Guayaquil for the detection of suspected containers, where cocaine can be hidden.

Albania is one of the most problematic countries of cocaine trafficking, where large quantities of cocaine are seized every year.
