A world star will be missing at the Met Gala event and she is the internationally famous Albanian singer, Dua Lipa.
The famous artist will not be present at the gala event due to engagements in a new profession: acting.
According to TMZ sources, the 26-year-old was invited among many characters for fundraising in NYC (at the Met Gala).
Her absence will be due to the fact that Dua Lipa has started shooting her first film "Argylle".
The star of the hit "Levitating" will play alongside the biggest Hollywood names such as: Samuel L. Jackson, Henry Cavill, Bryan Cranston, Bryce Dallas Howard, John Cena, Sam Rockwell, and Catherine O'Hara.
Meanwhile, the Met Gala will be held on Monday, September 13, the last time Dua appeared at this event was in 2019.
