In support of the local Police, the services of the Rapid Intervention Forces from Tirana have started immediately with the combing of the area around the scene. Also, checkpoints have been set up on all entrances and exits so that the perpetrator is not allowed to escape

But who is Roland Pula?

Roland Pula, the man wanted by the Kruja police as the suspected perpetrator of the murder of hte Bardhi brothers has criminal records. Pula is known to the Kruja police as a person with a criminal record, mainly for stealing and cultivating narcotics. He was arrested in 2008, on October 29, 2010, Roland Pula was sentenced by a city court to 6 months in prison on charges of "threatening" with a weapon, 4 months in prison on charges of "Intentionally inflicting minor injuries" and 2 years in prison for the charge of "Illegal possession of weapons." According to sources, in the combination of these three sentences, Roland Pula was finally sentenced to 2 years in prison.

It turns out that Pula committed this measure during his stay in the detention facilities in Fushë-Krujë, bringing his immediate release in November 2010. Sources from the Kruja police and prosecution say that Roland Pula, during this time, has traveled several times to Italy and Germany, where he is believed to have committed a series of thefts in these states. But up to this stage of the investigation, nothing has been proven and documented by the relevant institutions.

While the well-known priest Dom Gjergj Meta also reacted to the event on Facebook:

Xhentil Bardhi and Dom Gjergj Meta
How many things I had to say to Gjergj (referring to Xhentil) today. But for now I'm just saying goodbye! Forgive me for not being able to arrive on time ...
Goodbye Gjergj!
Pray to God for us!.
