A 27-year-old man committed suicide by hanging in Tirana

 A young boy has been found dead, hanging at a building under construction at the Agricultural Institute in the capital. According to the police, at around 07:54 am, at the Agricultural Institute in a building under construction, the citizen K.C., 27 years old, was found hanged. 

"No signs of violence were found during the preliminary investigation," police said.
