Italian priest tried to put mobile phones in the prison for the prisoners while he had to hold Mass

 An unusual event has been recorded at Caserta prison in Casirola, Italy, where a priest has been handcuffed by police.

Italian media report that the priest who went to prison to hold Sunday Mass was found with 9 mobile phones hidden inside cigarette packs along with some chargers and USBs. The mobile phones in question would be pass to jail when about 500 convicts, considered to be of medium security, were serving their sentences.

According to the Union of Punishment Police Unions in Italy, the priest was immediately detained, and an investigation has been launched by the judicial authorities.
