It is reported that on May 14, a package arrived from Spain at the Tirana Customs, which was considered as suspicious by the police. For this reason, the package was inspected and 11,000 cannabis Sativa seeds were found inside.
Regarding the event, the police have arrested Olsi Çaushaj, the person who would receive the package with 11 thousand cannabis seeds from Spain. Most of the seeds were for cultivation indoors with lamps while another part was to be cultivated in nature.
The package has gone to Vlora. The delivery was made under the supervision of the police and after it was handed over, the 30-year-old Çaushaj was handcuffed.
