The citizen with the initials S.S went fishing and never returned back home.
That is why the family members have reported the case to the police.
The fisherman's lifeless body was found in the early hours of this morning in the meadow area of the Lake.
The body could not be removed immediately, although Shkodra Rapid Intervention Forces (known locally as FNSH) dived to recover the body, so the help of the most specialized forces from Tirana was requested and the body has been pulled out the water some hours later after firstly spotted.
