31 people are detained in Kosovo as they didn't respect coronavirus measures

 Thirty-one people have been detained by the Kosovo Police after failing to comply with authorities' measures to prevent further spread of coronavirus.

This is announced in the 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police, which states that 31 people have violated the rules. The highest number of people that did not respect the measures is in the city of Prizren, respectively 19 people were detained. Meanwhile, nine people were detained in Gjilan, two in South Mitrovica, and one in Ferizaj.

On May 4 begun the first phase of easing coronavirus isolation measures in Kosovo.

Citizens have the right to go out 90 minutes in the morning and 90 minutes in the afternoon. The circulation schedule is based on the penultimate number of the personal number on the ID card. In the first phase was allowed the reopening of some businesses.

According to data from the National Institute of Public Health, 880 infected people have been registered in Kosovo so far, 653 have been cured and 28 patients have died as a result of the COVID-19, caused by a coronavirus.
