| Cannabis ready to be planted in Peqin |
A young man from Vlora and a 45-year-old resident of the village of Pajovë ended up in handcuffs while the Police seized a total of 300 cannabis seedlings, a device with centrifugal propellers with a motorized engine fuel tank in it, tent-like military ones, a sum of money, three off-road vehicles without license plates, owned by the citizen Sh. K. and household appliances.
A collaborator of theirs, already identified, a 31-year-old resident of Vlora, has also been identified.
