Director of National Emergency Service of Albania Skender Brataj has announced that calls for help or health services have increased significantly in the last 24 hours, noting that 750 calls are attributed to coronavirus alone.

He also clarified the case of the first coronavirus patient, where he said he was tabbed without any tests, after confirmation he was transported to the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Tirana.

"All the files and the case in question were filed. We are three institutions working together. The case was filed, the buffer was taken. We made the team ready at the moment and the patient in the conditions of protection was transported to the Infectious Hospital.
751 calls for coronavirus only. Citizens must follow the advice of doctors. Fortunately, 80% of cases do not need treatment as the world treats these cases in the house. If they have severe symptoms we will send them to hospitals." said Skender Brataj.
