Iran reacts after the expulsion of two diplomats: Albania made some mistakes, needs to get back on track

Iran has reacted for the first time after the expulsion of two Iranian diplomats from Albania.

In a post on Twitter, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman writes that Albania has made some mistakes and needs to get back on track.

''Foreign Ministry spokesman in #Albania expelling Iranian diplomats: Albania has made some mistakes and we feel that events in the region have created some misunderstandings for Albania; we recommend that they do not link our good relations with a third party…

The status is published by Iranian journalist Hossein Ghazanfari who quotes Seyyed Abbas Mousavi's words for Albania.

We remind that a few days ago Albania expelled two Iranian diplomats from the country, Mohammad Ali Arz Peimanemati, and Seyed Ahmad Hosseini Alast.

Voice of America said the two diplomats had been collaborators to the assassinated Iranian General Qassem Suleimani.
