I am Albanian project; children in Diaspora to know Albania and each other
 
  Now every Albanian child living in the Diaspora will have the opportunity to get to know Albania better thanks to the "I am Albanian" project.

An initiative of the Minister of State for Diaspora to be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, the Ministry of Tourism and the Environment and the Ministry of Culture based on the memorandum of cooperation signed between the four institutions.

"I am Albanian" will enable to the Albanian children a full program of activities to visit Albania more, with the aim of not only recognizing their country but also establishing links between each other under the common denominator "I am Albanian" .

This program aims at organizing cultural, linguistic and tourist activities, recognizing the history of Albania and its tourist sites for the cultural and linguistic formation of the younger generations in the Albanian Diaspora.

The project will be followed up by the State Coordinator, Deputy Minister of Education, Sport and Youth, Lorena Haxhiu and supported by the National Diaspora Agency.

During the 15 weeks of this project, activities will be conducted on the culture, history, and geography of Albania; exercises, seminars, interactive games; illustrative excursions to archaeological parks, national museums, cultural monuments and tourist sites; activities aimed at tourist visits, promoting tourism as well as nature and environment of Albania and other cultural activities.

At the end of this project, students will be provided with a certificate of participation.
