 The captain of the Albanian National Football team Mërgim Mavraj has been transferred to the German team of SpVgg Greuther Fürth. For the Albanian footballer, this is a reappearance to this team where he played before for three seasons.

The Albanian national captain Mergim Mavraj has officially completed the adventure with FC Ingolstadt 04 who fell into the third category in Germany. Starting next season, the defender will play again in the second German League but with Grote Furth. Mergim Mavraj has signed for two seasons with the German team. The news was confirmed by the club itself in a post on their official Twitter account.

While the financial conditions are not yet made public, and for Mavraj it is a comeback after it has been activated for three seasons with this team from 2011 to 2014. The 33-year-old Albanian player was an indisputable white-green star who also has played for FC Köln and Hamburg.

After leaving Hamburg, the Albanian footballer lost some of his brightness and this was reflected in the Albanian national team.
