The medals for Kosovo in the European Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship in Spain

 

 One silver and two bronze medals is the result of medals won by Kosovar contestants at the European Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship, held in Santa Susanna, Spain.

Kushtrim Bajraktaraj won the silver medal in the category up to 80 kilograms.

The bronze medal is won by Besard Maxharraj, in the category of over 100 kilos, the age 40-44 years old; and Granite Kuleta, in the category of "Man's Classic Bodybuilding -180 cm".

Maxharraj also competed in the category of over 100 kilograms, where came the fifth.

Egzon Hyseni was well represented, who was the fourth in the category of up to 100 kilograms.

Xhevat Asllani took the sixth place in the category -95 kg, while Luan Berisha and Alban Gojani were not included in the top 6.

Esat Lata

Meanwhile, Esat Lata, president of the Federation of Bodybullding of Kosovo, is satisfied with the results achieved, but he requires even more in the future.

Among other things, Lata has also revealed about the expectations of the Kosovar athletes by te state (Spain) that does not recognize Kosovo in politics.

"The official reception was good, same as with all other states," said Lata at in an interview.

"Undoubtedly our athletes will not stop here, they will continue with different programs," said Lata.

"We had two competing athletes from abroad and others from Kosovo," Lata added.
