 The Kosovo citizen, Bajram Pista (30), was arrested four days ago in Budva, as the Montenegrin newspaper Vijesti reports. The paper writes that the arrest was made on suspicion that Pista had gone to the Montenegrin coastal city in charge of killing a member of one of the two criminal clans in conflict.

Unofficially, to Vijesti has been told that police inspectors in Budva are also investigating who has been in support of Pista in this city, because some people are believed to have been in contact with him and provided to him logistical assistance.

"We are working intensely on the brightening of this case and the gathering of evidences in supporting the suspicion that Pista has been in charge in liquidating a Budva citizen who, according to our records, is a member of one of the criminal clans in the conflict," the newspaper writes.

According to the newspaper, Pista was arrested on April 29, in an apartment at the entrance to Budva. It is said that the arrested person is from Rahovec / Orahovac, and at the moment of the arrest the Police found weapons, ammunition, heroin and an encrypted phone.
