Montenegro's President Milo Djukanovic blames the intervention of Albania and Kosovo for losing the local elections in Tuzi, Montenegro.

Djukanovic has made it clear his dissatisfaction with how Albanian and Kosovo officials contributed to the loss of his party in local elections in Tuzi.

The Albanian Forum  won half of the seats in the Tuzit Assembly in the March 3 historic elections.

During the election campaign, among other officials, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama called for inter-Albanian unity in support of the Albanian coalition.

Djukanovic does not hide his frustration. "I always try not to interfere in the political processes in other countries. I've never come up with advice for Montenegrin voters in any country, and here we have had such recommendations ... that have affected this outcome," Djukanovic said on Wednesday.

The Albanian Forum, which holds 16 out of 32 seats in Tuz Assembly, has invited the Bosniak, Social Democrats and Democrats in talks on forming a stable majority, said the head of the Albanian coalition Nik Gjeloshaj.

For the formation of the majority, the Forum lacks just one mandate.
