The 32-year-old Albanian defender has ended his contract with the Greek team of Aris Thessaloniki and now will join the team of Ingolstadt, in 2 Bundesliga in Germany.
Mërgim Mavraj could not managed to show his values in the Greek football and the reasons is not related to sporting.The footballer will start training with the German team during the preparatory winter phase that will take place in Spain.
Ingolstadt, which ended with only 10 points in Bundesliga 2, will be the 7th German team in Mavraj's career. Previously he played for Darmstadt, Bochum, Greuther Furth, FC Köln and Hamburg.
