I want to emphasize that the 2019 budget fundamentally finances justice reform, the two major financial reform lines in justice: raising salaries for judges and prosecutors and financing the creation of all new justice reform institutions and full financing of vetingut. Going More than 2.2 biliard. PESC, HJC, Bureau of Investigation and SPAK institutions will be financed with 500 million leks.
