Traditional Albanian food at Bronx Night Market festival in New York


 The festival titled "Bronx Night Market" will be held for the first time in Brox, New York. In the stalls to be placed at the Fordham Plaza, food from more than 40 countries will be served by residents of the Bronx, and of course will not be missing the traditional Albanian food.

As part of the festival the entrance is free, there will be food that will be cost between $ 3 and $ 7, music and various handicrafts to be exhibited.

The festival, which uses the slogan "Enjoy With Your Heart, New York, Bronx is Cooking" was organized by Edible Bronx magazine and BLOX agency.

"People have not treated Bronx with respect and this part is underestimated. That is why it is our goal for people who live here to have pride and show the hospitality and diversity that is in the Bronx," said founder of BLOX, Marco Shalma for the Gothamist.

Among the Albanians who will be part of this organization is Ramiz Kukaj, who through a social facebook announcement revealed that he will promote the Albanian culture and tradition in this festival.

The event will begin today at 16:00.
