According to Kosovar authorities data, since 2012, more than 58 children from Kosovo went in Syria and Iraq along with their parents to join the ISIS extremist organization's war.
But, according to the data provided by the Kosovo Police, in addition to these 58 children who went along with their parents in these conflict zones, there were born about 40 other children, one of whom died in the conflict zone by natural causes.
Meanwhile, 133 Kosovars returned in Kosovo or elsewhere from where they had gone to the conflict areas. 123 of then are male, 7 women and 3 children.According to Kosovo Police data, 76 people from Kosovo have died in conflict areas in Syria and Iraq. 73 men from Kosovo were killed during the conflict, while three other Kosovars died of natural causes (a man, a woman, and a child).
