Prime Minister of Kosovo and Serbia, Isa Mustafa and Aleksandar Vucic attended an informal dinner in Brussels, at the invitation of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and mediator of the dialogue for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, Federica Mogherini.
