The Parliamentary Commission for the investigation of allegations on the implication of military bases in drug trafficking, will submit a final report to Assembly on Thursday, adopted two weeks ago without opposition presence.
According to the report, the Commission decided to send the reviewed material to General Prosecution in order to bring to responsibility all officials, public or not, who made possible the establishment of a regular air line drug trafficking operation from Gjadri base, in the time of former government.
At the conclusion of the investigative activity, chairwoman Ermonela Felaj, declared that the Commission's findings repeal the charges on the involvement of the military and its bases in drug trafficking, after 15 September 2013.
