Although it is believed that the governing coalition PDK - LDK has secured the necessary votes for approval of the constitutional amendment, which paves the way for the establishment of the Special Court, the representatives of these two political parties estimate that the failure of the Parliament to reapprove the 24th amendment of the Constitution will have numerous consequences for the country.
