5 people are going to trial for derelection of duty, for hiring dozens of teachers and not paying them for the work done.
The head Miranda Bullati and 4 other employees of the education Department of Fieri are being investigated from the Prosecution of this city.
All of them have signed contracts with these teachers and have not paid them.
The Department hasn't been able financially to pay them and the number of people employed is much higher than it should be regarding the decision of the Ministry of Education.
That is why, the Department could not pay them. Those under accusation are: Miranda Bullati, the general director, Ylli Malaj head of human resources, Tatjana Ferko specialist, Suzana Nazëraj specialist, Eliza Nako specialist.
